The British newspaper "Mirror" claimed that Barcelona offered a number of its prominent stars to the English Premier League for purchase or loan, led by Frenchman Antoine Griezmann and Brazilian Felipe Coutinho.

According to the newspaper, the Catalan giant is struggling to save money after the outbreak of the Coruna virus, and is open to offers for any player in the team except Argentine star Lionel Messi.

She added, "The placing of Griezmann, 29, on the market will push a number of the Premiership teams - led by Manchester United - to prepare and move, especially since the Manu tried to annex the French last year before moving to Barca from Atletico Madrid."

The newspaper continued that the Uruguayan Luis Suarez, the French Osman Dembele, the Croatian Ivan Rakitic, the Chilean Arturo Vidal, the French Samuel Umtiti and the Spanish Sergio Roberto, also presented to the Premiership teams.

As well as Brazilian Felipe Coutinho - the most expensive deal in the history of the club - has moved from Liverpool to Barca in the winter of 2018 for $ 177.5 million.

Coutinho, who spent this season on loan to Bayern Munich, offered Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham and Everton teams, according to the "Daily Star" newspaper. However, the $ 15 million Coutinho receives annually will make it difficult to find any Premiership team that contracts with him permanently, and everyone seeks to hire him on loan.
