Former national team player Fredrik Larsson died in a traffic accident Tuesday.

He won three SM golds with Hammarby. Coach during a part of Larsson's time there was Magnus Grahn.

- Fredrik was an extremely warm person who had easy laughs and contributed to the group with his way of being. I mainly suffer with his partner and two children, Grahn tells SVT Sport.

Grahn remembers Larsson as a player.

- I had the privilege of training and seeing his development as he went from injured to become a national team player over the years in Hammarby. At the first unexpected gold in 2006, Fredrik was a big reason why we could win.

Grahn claims that Larsson had the capacity to become a real world player.

- Had Fredrik been injured for many years in a row, we would have seen a world player who had been mentioned together with Kim Andersson and Stefan Lövgren. He had been in that capacity of players, he says.
