Vasco de Gama, the presidential candidate, Luiz Roberto Levine Ciano, has revealed his intention to bring in some stars if he takes over the Brazilian club.
Football newspaper Italy reported that Levin had pledged to sign AC Milan star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Brescia striker Mario Balotelli and Saudi Al Hilal playmaker Sebastian Jovenko if he succeeded in winning the Vasco de Gama presidency.
He said: "We are negotiating and trying to build Vasco in our dreams, Balotelli and Ibrahimovic have the same factor, and Ibrahimovic will be a bolder project."
He added: "At the moment we do not have to think about the great players who will arrive, we will bring great players."
