French star Franck Ribery, Fiorentina's Italian player, announced his joining the fundraising campaign to help Algerian hospitals, and to help the Ministry of Health combat the spread of the Corona epidemic and assist those in need during the month of Ramadan.

"The country needs me and all of you, and that's why I decided to join the fundraising initiative," said Ribery, who is married to an Algerian woman, through his official account on "Instagram."

A number of Algerian athletes and artists launched a large donation campaign to support institutions and hospitals, and to help needy families during the month of Ramadan.

"We are one hand, and we will be men to the end," Ribery added.

Ribery called on the stars of the Algerian national team, Rachid Ghazal, Adam and Nas, to join this volunteer campaign and spread it widely, to contribute to overcoming the crisis.
