The past year has been turbulent for the Swedish Ice Hockey Association. It started as early as last fall when the Crowns chose to strike because they experienced no respect from the top management of the union.

The union has also been charged with sex discrimination and is linked to a police investigation handed over to a prosecutor.

After all the tours, it became clear today that Secretary General Tommy Boustedt is quitting. National team veteran Erika Grahm feels empty but still positive.

“Quite frankly, I don't really know much. Everything has been a circus in recent years and it has probably got one to drop it a little. Positive for the future though, it can only get better, ”Grahm writes in a text message to SVT Sport.

She hopes the new Secretary-General is clearer in her work.

“Someone who sees the whole and sees all parts of the union. Both sporting and economical as well as the brand. Clear boss! ”, She writes.
