According to RIA Novosti, defense complaints will be considered on May 13.
In October 2018, Mamaev, Alexander Kokorin and his brother Kirill, and Alexander Protasovitsky were arrested and then convicted on charges of beating the head of the department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Pak, as well as the driver of TV presenter Olga Ushakova Vitaly Solovchuk.
On September 6, 2019, the court granted the request for the release of the Kokorins and Mamaev brothers by parole, and on September 17 they were released. Protasovitsky was released from custody on November 8.
Earlier it was reported that Kokorin and Mamaev will appeal their sentence in court.
