The European Football Association (UEFA) will meet with all 55 associations of the members of the Continental Federation in a conference via closed-circuit television (video conference) next Tuesday, to discuss the developments of the Corona Virus pandemic (Covid-19), and the fate of the various continental competitions.

The executive committee is scheduled to discuss the impact of the crisis on domestic and international football. A press release of the federation stated that Tuesday's conference will be "an information session for the general secretaries of the member unions." UEFA also plans to discuss developments related to domestic and European competitions.

UEFA gives priority to completing domestic league and cup competitions, and setting up matches that will determine the teams that qualify for the Champions League and European League tournaments for the next season, as they can be held until late August.

The matches of the current season of the European Champions League and European League can be resumed, once the teams crowned with the local championships are identified.
Football activity has been suspended across Europe now, while the Belgian Football Association has recommended that the competition be canceled this season and the club be given the title to Club Bruges, who was leading the championship when it stopped.

UEFA decided to postpone the meeting of its executive committee, which was scheduled to take place last March, to be held next year.
