Salem clinched the title in the final, which was held yesterday, after he got 9 points, while secondly international professor Viorel Yurdakescu from Moldova, with 8.5 points, and thirdly, Russian international professor Constantine Landa with 7 points. The championship competitions took place through the website (www.chess.com), and saw the participation of most of the players and chess players registered in the Emirates clubs, specialized along with the return of the participation of veteran players, and the value of the championship prizes reached 39 thousand dirhams, and was held according to the Swiss system of 11 rounds.
