The IFFB has issued 12 new amendments to the law of the game, to be implemented in effect from next July.
The International Federation Council is responsible for making any amendments to the Football Law, during its annual meeting always in March, after which the amendments are formulated and implemented in all matches through the International Football Association (FIFA) and the continental and national federations.

The new amendments, according to the order of the articles in the tenth article (determining the outcome of the match) of the Football Law, stipulate that warnings obtained by players during the match when implementing penalty shootouts from the penalty point are not counted, that is, if a player receives a second warning during a penalty shootout he is not expelled.
Article 11 (infiltration)
Considering intentionally touching a ball by hand from a defender is like voluntarily playing the ball in assessing offside, that is, like a ball that bounces from a defender to an attacker in an offside position, which is one of the cases where the intruder is not punished, such as a throw-in, goal-kick and corner kick.
Article 12 (errors and misconduct)
The player is not punished for touching the ball using the upper part of the arm (below the shoulder) as it is part of the shoulder, an attempt to resolve the controversy as the ball crashes a lot on the shoulder, which raises calls for a hand count.
An unintentional touch of the ball by hand from the attacker or his teammate is a foul if it occurs immediately before scoring a goal or creating a clear opportunity to score a goal.
The possibility to warn the goalkeeper or kick him out when he illegally touches the ball after resuming play, such as touching the ball after a goal kick or a free kick even if he touches his hand or arm.

Warning for any breach, not just a mistake, when interfering with or stopping a promising attack.
Warning the player who does not respect the required four meters distance when dropping the ball.
Canceling an alert for a player who interferes to spoil a promising attack if the referee applies the rule of opportunity or allow rapid execution of a free kick.
Article 14 (penalty kick)
There is no penalty for goalkeeper violations during the penalty kick implementation if the ball is kicked out of the goal or bounced from the goal (without touching it by the goalkeeper) unless the violation clearly affects the kicker.
The goalkeeper is alerted to the first strike and warned to announce the yellow card for any other violation after that.
Warning the penalty kicker if his violation coincided with that of the goalkeeper.

The referee shows a "screen signal" only once when the decision is reviewed by the assistant video referee only.
