From the fine to the subscription. A supporter of sixty years of AEK Athens was fined for having forgotten his exit certificate, also compulsory in Greece during this period of confinement. His ride took him near the future AEK stadium, where he was monitoring the progress of the works. This story moved the owner of the Athenian club, Dimitris Melissanidis. He asked the club to pay the fine and offer him a subscription for next season, reports inaek.com.

The team leaders contacted the supporter 's daughter to announce the news while calling on the senior to respect the confinement rules. "We stay at home, we stay in good health and our new stadium will be there and waiting for us when we have overcome this ordeal," writes the club.

2,011 cases of coronavirus have been detected so far in Greece, where 90 people have died.
