FIFA on its official website unveiled a new rating of national teams. The Russian team, as in the previous rating, takes 38th place, having 1470 points in its assets.
The top ten list also has no permutations. The national team of Belgium leads the rating, followed by the teams of France and Brazil.
Blatter previously responded to allegations of bribery for granting the right to host the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
