The training was conducted on two sessions, where the first session included 20 rulers for the square, while the second session of the training included 30 assistant rulers, at 40 minutes for each training session.

The training program, implemented by the fitness trainers of the referees, Hassan Abdullah and Ahmed Hilal, included a set of warm-up exercises, exercises for flexibility and strengthening the muscles of the body.

And he followed the remote fitness training, Director of the Referees Department, Ali Al-Tarifi, and the Technical Director of Referees, Khaled Al-Dokhi, under the direct supervision of the Chairman of the Referees Committee, Ali Hamad Al-Badawi, and the members of the Committee.
