The president of the Spanish Football Association, Javier Tebas, confirmed today that the cancellation of the current League League season will not take place and is not subject to discussion. He pointed out that the "La Liga" wheel will return to rotation at the end of next month at best, after the expiration of the isolation period due to the outbreak of the new Corona virus.

Tibas warned Spanish clubs that they could lose up to one billion euros (1.1 billion US dollars) if the season was not completed, prompting the country's soccer officials to search for a late date to end the current season.
"The various scenarios that we were looking forward to with the European Union for the game for return are likely to start on May 29 or June 6-7, or June 28," Tepas said in a press release.

"We are not only looking at what is happening in Spain, we aim to have all of our calendars (in Europe) coordinated so that all competitions end in one period."
However, Tibas said that the return of the exercises cannot take place before the emergency in Spain, which is scheduled until the 26th of this month, ends.
