Following the spread of the new coronavirus, the Women's Golf International Tournament, scheduled to be held in June, was postponed in December.
One of the major international tournaments, the US Women's Open, was to be held in Houston, Texas on June 4-7.
The National Golf Association on Tuesday announced that the event will be postponed from December 10 to 13 due to the spread of the new coronavirus worldwide.
The qualifying rounds for the tournament will be conducted using two courses due to the short sunshine hours in winter.
