The Spanish newspaper "AS" revealed today a plan by the Spanish Football League "La Liga" to resume league matches next July, after closed doors and with a mini-championship system.

The newspaper quoted the head of the media group, "Media Pro", Jum Rauris, who is close to the association's officials, as saying that according to the many cases and the frequency with which the Corona virus is currently spreading in Spain and neighboring countries, it became clear to Spanish football decision makers that the resumption of the league in May and June. It is almost impossible, and expectations are that it will take place in July without an audience, in the form of a mini-championship, until there is time to prepare for the next season.


But he pointed out that if things were positive and the league resumed in July, revealing only one new case among players or technical and administrative apparatus would mean the season being canceled automatically.
