However, the International Orientation Association went one step further, with yesterday's decision to completely set the European Championships in Estonia in August, as well as the World Cup final in the heavily coronated Italy in October. Thus, the entire World Cup for 2020 is set.

- So as the season looks like, it's just to set the World Cup, says Tove Alexandersson.

How does it feel to you?

- Of course it's boring, it's very fun to compete. But right now, it's not the sport that matters, it's just about relating to the situation and making the best of it.

Bragdguld-winner Tove Alexandersson is known for competing in principle all year round, in orientation, ski orientation or what she has been doing in winter, skiing alpine, where the active runs up the mountain and skiing performs. Now she is instead at home in Falun, with unbroken motivation because she loves to train and also shares the oriental world's hopes that the World Cup in Denmark can be decided later this year.

- Now I have to change the plan. It is a big difference to be in top form in the beginning of July compared to later in the fall, so I have to change the training a bit.

How should you change?

- It will probably be a slightly calmer period with less running to be able to recover the body. I have been running pretty hard for the last few weeks to be in good shape until July, and if I continued that way until the fall, my body would not hold for it.
