According to data in Expressen, three women skiers are considering leaving the national team training group. Calle Halfvarsson has an understanding.

- I can understand that. If you are not satisfied with the arrangement, I understand that you are considering making your own investment. Especially if you feel you have merit and can apply for your own sponsors. I could have thought the same if I did not like the team, then I could have made my own investment and decide completely how I want it myself, says Halfvarsson to SVT Sport.

What would that mean for the national team?

- Should the national team get rid of several of the girls it would be a big loss, they really can't afford it. Something needs to be done and I'm pretty sure they are working on it to be good. They call around now and listen to all the riders so it should be as good as possible. I am quite convinced that it will resolve.

"Nothing unique"

Teodor Peterson, who represents the riders, confirms the split.

- They have both read and heard about it. But it is also not unique when you are a group of individuals, then it becomes a group that sometimes does not feel listened to. That's probably what I and Evelina (Settlin, the ladies' representative) have been working on, that everyone should be happy in the group, Peterson tells Aftonbladet.
