The IOC summoned an emergency videoconference hosted by Chairman Bach tonight and attended by the heads of the League of Nations.

This is a place to listen to the opinions of the League of Nations and discuss countermeasures while the qualifiers for the recent Tokyo Olympic Games are delayed or canceled.

Currently, there is a sense of crisis in some events that the qualifiers may not be completed until the opening of the Tokyo Olympics.

In this case, the IOC has been asked to expand the eligibility to participate.

The focus of the meeting will be on the Olympic qualifiers, but it may also lead to discussions about the opening postponement.

IOC member Yoo Seung-min of Korea and the World Taekwondo Federation governor Jo Jung-won participate in this meeting.

As the situation in Europe becomes increasingly serious, with IOC headquarters staff starting to work from today, global public opinion on the acting of the Olympics is expanding.

In a survey conducted by the Japanese press sports hochichi, 81% of the 500 respondents said they should postpone or cancel.

British athletics captain Guy Learmons also voiced, "We have to postpone it a year later or at the earliest since October."
