The President of the Saudi Federation for "Sports for All" Prince Khalid bin Al-Walid Al Saud launched yesterday a women's football league at the community level in Riyadh, as part of a celebration attended by a large number of people interested in the sports field, sports teams, and prominent figures in the world of sports inside Saudi Arabia And beyond.

The Saudi Federation for "Sports for All" stressed the availability and readiness of football fields to start the league in March 2020, with the presence of fully organizational and technical women's teams for the management of the various committees, that the ad hoc teams responsible for preparing for the league address all administrative, technical and medical requirements, and related matters Arbitration

The first season of the league, which was fully funded by the Saudi Sports Federation for "Sports for All", will be held in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, and will be reserved for women aged 17 years and over, provided that the league includes preliminary rounds in each city in order to form teams, before Moving to the semifinals stage, with the final match to be decided later, during which the championship cup will be delivered, and a prize of 500,000 SAR has been allocated.
