Sandra Dahlin finishes her racing weekend in Gothenburg in the very best way. Yesterday she set a personal record in the Grand Prix and on Saturday she set a new personal record in the kuren with a percentage of 79,845. A ride that gave her a fifth place.

- I'm happy anyway, I probably need some day to land, she tells SVT Sport.

But it wasn't completely flawless. In the beginning, her 14-year-old mare Ichi was afraid of something off the track and jumped on. But they quickly found their way back into the rhythm.

At the end of the program they delivered bell-clean piaff pirates, where they changed direction in both directions. Dahlin shone in a smile when it was completed and could not lose sight of how pleased she was with her horse.

- I don't know what words to use, she is absolutely incredible, she says.

Cathrine Dufour took revenge

One of the field's big favorites, Cathrine Dufour with her Cassidy, won the cure and took revenge from yesterday. Then they had a big miss at the beginning of their Grand Prix program.

- He was actually quite scared after the incident yesterday, but I felt he had more confidence today, she tells SVT Sport.

In the küren, the team offered a well-timed program in which each movement sat as a slam with the music and was rewarded with standing ovations from the audience.

- Gothenburg is absolutely fantastic! The crowd really brought me here today and I'm proud to be able to show them good sports, ”she says.
