Orléans played on the lawn of the HAC at Stade Océane for the 26th day of Ligue 2. Orléans clinched the victory with a score of 2 to 1. Ollé-Nicolle chose to place his group Orléans in 4-2-3-1 balanced, with Scheidler at the forefront to face the classic 4-4-2 of Le Guen.
