Program

Block 1: Hans van Breukelen
Dismissal, death, illness, divorce; everyone experiences setbacks in their lives. You fall and you are carried on the stretcher of the field, but how do you get the ball back?

The mental level is also discussed. "Mental maintenance is first and foremost the belief in yourself and the belief in your qualities. The belief that you are a unique person, that you need other people to test your qualities and expose yourself. Showing yourself feelings, sharing your human vision and beliefs, "says Hans van Breukelen.

Show yourself. Ask for feedback about how others see you. Ask others about ideas, ideas and expectations. Work on input to achieve your goals. And above all, stay authentic. Authenticity bad all human barriers. Vulnerability becomes strength. Gaps and gaps become challenges for growth in your future.

Block 2: Bas Kodden
Do you sometimes have the feeling that you have not achieved everything from yourself, your team or your organization? That so much more is possible? That you just need that one bridge to get ahead? You are not the only one: around 80 percent of all Dutch employees currently experience insufficient happiness and challenge in their work.

Through his books, lectures and seminars, Bas reaches many thousands of managers and professionals who, full of inspiration and energy, manage to bring themselves and their organizations into a new state of flow and enthusiasm. Take action too. As an organization, as a team and as a person.

  • The importance of leadership and the right form of work motivation: enthusiasm
  • Break the vicious circle check by letting go
  • Theory of Flow: keep developing yourself
  • Know and use the most important work-related energy sources
  • Model for Engagement
  • The importance and power of personal energy sources such as optimism, self-esteem, stress resistance and in particular self-efficacy
  • Develop personal leadership in others: learn to take charge

Speakers

Hans van Breukelen
Hans van Breukelen (1956) is originally a teacher, but is best known for his nineteen-year-old football career. He was the goalkeeper under FC Utrecht, Nottingham Forest and PSV. He came out 73 times for the Dutch national team and experienced his ultimate victory with the European Football Championship in 1988. Six years later he said goodbye to football and focused on a social career with the central theme 'success can be achieved'.

After his football career, Van Breukelen became active in administrative positions within the football world. Based on his passion for top sport, he wrote three management books in which he compares top sport with performance in business. He has been active as a Comeback Manager since 2018.

The combination of top sport, management and coaching experience means that he can connect individuals and organizations in a practical way to achieve goals. "And above all, I am an experience expert in dealing with setbacks and staying successful," says Hans van Breukelen. "I do that on the basis of an open dialogue, with a heart for people and a strong focus on content. It gives me a kick when people touch their own ceiling and can live purposefully again from aimlessness."
