Erling Håland has taken football Europe by storm. After the breakthrough in Austrian Salzburg last fall, with 16 league goals in 14 games, he was sold to Dortmund in January.

There, the Norwegian has just switched up.

There have been eleven matches in seven matches, the last two coming home last night against PSG in the Champions League eighth finals.

- It is so typical Håland and typically such a target thief. He sits so well and always shows up in the right place. He understands where the dangerous surface is occurring. There he is damn good. This guy is for real, he's a born goal scorer, says an exasperated Daniel Nannskog.

SVT Sports' football expert is almost a little jealous of the 19-year-old's goal ability.

- You get a little cursed. As an old striker, I'm damned that he got that early. With the placement, they struggled with those things throughout their career, so that the latter would come naturally. That he has it as a 19-year-old is cool to see.

Compare with Isaac

The comparison with Alexander Isak is not difficult to make. The Swede moved to Dortmund himself as a 17-year-old, but unlike Håland, he failed to get the exchange he hoped for in Germany. It came instead a few years later and now Isak is one of La Liga's best strikers.

- I've thought about it, why Håland succeeds in Dortmund and not Isaac. I think he made a perfect first step in going to salzburg, getting the language and a quality boost compared to the Norwegian league. The step did not become so big for Håland, while it became a gigantic step for Isaac from AIK to Dortmund.

- As players they are a little different. Alexander has a slightly more elegant style, he floats on the pitch and has a more natural touch on the ball. It feels a little different, but there is a similarity. Isaac can also be very direct at the closing moment when the chances emerge. It's a pretty fun comparison and to follow these two guys' progress in the future should be fucking fun. There are two forwards we will see a lot of in the future.
