The race, a mass start in freestyle and the fourth stage of the tour, which was originally to be run between Storlien in Sweden and Meråker in Norway, is given a new stretch.

Due to strong winds, it should be run with start and finish in the same place.

"The race will continue to be a long race, but it will run from the stadium in Meråker to Fjergen, where it is planned to have a drink check, and then back to the stadium in Meråker," the organizers write in a press release.

- It will be boring, but if the weather is as it is, it is difficult to do something about it. But the plan they are about to make now is good, I think Jens Burman told SVT Sport.

Pierre Mignerey, FIS, tells SVT Sport that they are on a C-plan now. According to him, the race will be 33 kilometers long, for both ladies and gentlemen.

"The safety of the riders goes first, and it must be fair conditions, which is why we choose to change the course," he says.
