Fourcade secured himself the first place in the standings after winning the individual 20 km race at the World Championships in Italy's Anterselva, which became the final this season.

The five-time Olympic champion scored 174 points in all individual starts. The second was the Norwegian Johannes Boe (145), and another three sportsman from France, Kenten Fillon-Meie (120), closed the top three.

Of the Russians, Alexander Loginov (83), who took the eighth position, became the best in this indicator.
