They participated in the European Championships in January where Östlund turned 18th and Majorov 15th.
"Both riders have continuously improved their results, both nationally and internationally during the season," Scott Rachuk, sports manager at the Swedish Figure Skating Association, said in a press release.
For Östlund, 18, will be the third World Cup. Majorov, 19, makes his first at senior level.
