During Tuesday, it is time for stage three of Ski Tour 2020. The stage consists of a sprint that is, to say the least, special.

The finish gives the vibes to the final stage of the Tour de Ski, as it goes straight up for the alpine World Cup back in the Year. Some people find exciting and different - but not as fun as the sprint specialists.

- For my part, I had seen a regular sprint, this only benefits the distance riders, says Maiken Caspersen Falla to Expressen.

"Definitely no sprint competition"

Another skater who is skeptical of the track is French rider Lucas Chanavat, who is second in the sprint cup.

- This is definitely not a sprint competition, but still it is included in the overall sprint cup. If it is as tough as it has been said, it can probably end with only distance riders on the podium, he says.

Fits Johaug

Therese Johaug leads the tour on the ladies' side in superior class and has 57 seconds down to second Heidi Weng and third Ingvild Flugstad Östberg.

Sprint is not usually her strong side, but Linn Svahn believes that the track in Åre will suit the Norwegian.

"This track is as cut and cut for Johaug," she says.

The sprint starts at 16.00 and is broadcast in SVT1.
