There was no top ten ranking for the Swedish ladies on the sprint in the biathlon. Best placed was Elvira Öberg, who finished 13th in the World Cup debut.

Now the riders will have to reload for Sunday's 10 km start, where many of the top names who shot themselves in the sprint will hunt desperately to catch the great distance up to leading Norwegian Marte Olsbu Röiseland.

Most startling: The season's big favorite Tiril Eckhoff finished in 59th place in the sprint, 2.08.0 after in goal with a whole six boom, just one position from missing the hunt start as it is the top 60 that gets a place.

- It will be really difficult to catch up, at least to take medals and be really high up, states SVT's expert Helena Ekman.

For Swedish, Elvira Öberg will go out 47.4 seconds after the lead. Ten seconds later, 57.2 seconds after the lead chasing big sister Hanna Öberg.
