Sweden got a taste start with the lead goal of Marcus Nilsson after 46 seconds against a young Russian national team. In the second period, Tre Kronor expanded.

Linus Fagemo sent in a nice pass from Nils Lundkvist until 2-0. A few minutes later Emil Sylvegård got the puck on the move and made his way to the cashier and pressed in 3-0.

The Russian national team received a reduction in the third period. Pavel Poryadin put the puck behind goalkeeper Lars Johansson.

"Great fun for Luke"

Lukas Bengtsson scored two late goals until 5-1.

- Great fun for Lukas. A skilled player who is modern in his style of play, he can play both with and without puck, says federation captain Johan Garpenlöv.

Pavel Kudryavtsev set the final score 5-2. Thus, Three Kronor defeated both the Czech Republic and Russia this weekend of the Euro Hockey Tour.

- I think we make a great match, both with and without puck. We get to a good level over 60 minutes and then Russia has no chance to shine. They are individually skilled, says Garpenlöv.
