Saturday evening, in Bourges, the French basketball players validated their ticket for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, thanks to their beautiful victory against Brazil 89 to 72 during their second match of the qualification tournament.
Les Bleues will play for the fourth time the Olympic Games after Sydney in 2000 (5th), London in 2012 (silver medal) and Rio in 2016 (4th). In Tokyo (from July 24 to August 9), the players of Valérie Garnier will be candidates for a second podium.
