The boxer said that when he was in the so-called quarantine chamber, he ordered the book “12 Chairs” in the SIZO library, but didn’t manage to finish reading it, and it’s forbidden to take books from the quarantine chamber into the general.
It is noted that members of the PMC suggested asking him for an unread book in the prison library, but the boxer refused.
“No, don’t, I’ll now learn English with their help (he nodded towards the neighbors . - RT ). And there are enough books in the cell, ”Kushitashvili said.
Kushitashvili has already received the first transmission. As specified, the camera has a TV and fridge.
The boxer also said that he was waiting for funds to be credited to his personal account in order to be able to pay for classes in the sports room with gym equipment.
In the administration of the pre-trial detention center, members of the PMC were informed that on February 6, Moscow ombudsman Tatyana Potyaeva visited Kushitashvili with her colleague from Buryatia, where the boxer was born.
Kushitashvili and another boxer, Hovik Hovhannisyan, were detained in Moscow. As reported, during the arrest, a two-time Russian champion hit one of the employees of the Russian Guard. Subsequently, during the search, he discovered a narcotic substance.
The court placed Kushitashvili under arrest until April 1 for assaulting an employee of the Russian Guard and possession of drugs.
Kushitashvili was also expelled from the Russian team.
As the general secretary of the Boxing Federation of Russia Umar Kremlev noted, he doubts that Kushitashvili could attack an employee of the Russian Guard.
