The Emirates Taekwondo team achieved an unprecedented achievement during its international participation after having won 7 new medals in the second day of the Arab Championship for National Teams and Clubs, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah and will be held at Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah and organized by the UAE and Arab Taekwondo federations hosted by a club. Fujairah martial arts, and the medals varied into gold won by player Badriya Muhammad (women), silver by Aisha Muhammad and five bronzes each by Fatima Issa, Shama Hassan, Narges Muhammad, Souad Rashid and Hassan Ali (men), bringing the total number of medals to 13 m Markings, including 6 medals the team won on the first day.

In turn, the Egyptian Emirates national team coach, Tamer Salah, expressed his happiness for the distinguished technical level presented by the crowned medals, confirming that they deserved to receive the medals because of their special tender, describing the team’s winning of this number of medals in achievement compared to winning the team four bronzes in the version last year.

Tamer Salah thanked and appreciated the Board of Directors of the Emirates Taekwondo Federation, headed by Brigadier Ahmed Hamdan Al-Zyoudi, for the follow-up and support that the team enjoyed and the establishment of training camps that contributed to the access to the coronation platforms.
