We are now engaged in logistics, Zenit-2 is going to Turkey, we need to understand how to get there. Alexander needs to appear there and begin to carry out his duties, and then we will decide on the next steps. The legal subtleties of transferring a player to the second team were clarified by the Director General of the All-Russian Professional Union of Football Players Alexander Zotov.
“In the case of Kokorin, you need to look at what is written in the contract. Zenit-2 is a structural unit of Zenit. If there are no restrictions on securities, then send him to the second team - the club’s right. But if there are restrictions, then this is a violation, ”Zotov said in an interview with RB-Sport.
Earlier, he also commented on the possible transition of Kokorin from Zenit to Sochi.
“According to the regulations, it is impossible to force a person to do anything outside the scope of the employment contract, and it is unlikely that the employment contract states that Kokorin undertakes, upon request, to go on loan to another club that he will be offered. This requires a certain number of documents, which Alexander will also sign. Whether or not to put these signatures is for the football player to decide, ”Zotov noted in an interview with the Championship.
