The application included seven players who became silver medalists of the 2020 World Youth Championship - defenders Alexander Romanov and Danila Galenyuk, as well as forwards Vasily Podkolzin, Ivan Morozov, Kirill Marchenko, Dmitry Voronkov and Grigory Denisenko.
The national team also included goalkeepers Igor Bobkov, Timur Bilyalov and Alexander Samonov, defenders Rushan Rafikov, Bogdan Kiselevich, Nikita Lyamkin, Artyom Sergeyev, Georgy Dronov and Andrey Mironov, as well as forwards Anatoly Golyshev, Artyom Galimov, Denis Zernov, Maxim Mamin, Andrey Svetlakov, Sergey Tolchinsky, Arthur Kayumov, Pavel Kudryavtsev and Alexander Sharov.
In the framework of the Swedish Games, the Russian national team will play Finland on February 6 in Helsinki, Sweden on February 8 in Stockholm, and Czech Republic on February 9, also in Stockholm.
