Prior to the Coppa Italia match between AC Milan and Torino FC on Tuesday evening, a minute's silence is held in memory of Kobe Bryant. In addition, the Milanese play with mourning bands in San Siro due to the death of the legendary basketball player, who was a big fan of the club.

Bryant lived in Italy for a number of years from the age of six, because his father was a professional basketball player there. The quarter-final match between Milan and Torino in San Siro starts on Sunday at 8.45 pm and the return in Turin is in three weeks. In the Serie A, AC Milan is in eighth place and Torino is in 12th place.
