The Emirates Taekwondo team won six colored medals at the opening of the Arab Championship of Clubs and Teams Taekwondo Championships, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah at the Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah and organized by the Fujairah Martial Arts Club and in cooperation with the Arab and UAE federations of Taekwondo, with one gold won The player Saeed Khamis, and three silver medals scored by Sultan Muhammad, Abdullah Ghuloom and May Khamis, and the team players won two bronze medals for Sultan Salah and Moza Issa, as part of the first day competitions in the junior and junior category. And youth with the participation of 13 countries.
The competitions took place in the presence of the President of the Arab Taekwondo Federation, Idriss Hilali, the President of the UAE Federation, Brigadier General Ahmed Hamdan Al-Zyoudi, the President of the Iraqi Taekwondo Federation, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bahadli, and the Vice-President of the Saudi Taekwondo Federation, Abu Bakr Al-Kurdi.

Al-Hilali praised the high organization of the championship by the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, praising the organizing committee’s keenness to provide all the needs of the participating delegations.
