So how does Karlsson, who is nominated as one of the Newcomers of the Year at the Sports Gala in the Globe?

- I feel positive now and it is moving forward, it feels very good, says Karlsson smiling to SVT Sport.

How do you feel going forward?

- It is going in the right direction and I really only have a few small checks left so I'll probably be back in the tracks soon, says Karlsson.

How does it feel to come to the sports gala and get questions about your state of health?

- No, but it's just to adjust to it, I have nothing to lie about and I can only answer the questions I want. It feels good because at the same time I want to be open, just want to be back again and everyone else also wants me to be back again it feels like.

Where are you in that process?

- It feels like it's close now, has some reconciliations left. It's probably not too far from you to see me in the tracks again, ”says Karlsson hopefully.
