The Shrewsbury team embarrassed its Liverpool host and managed to turn two goals late to a 2-2 draw during their match on Sunday in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Liverpool entered the match with a squad of second-row players, scoring the first goal in the 15th minute through Cornice Jones, and Donald Love added the second goal by mistake to his team's goal in the 46th minute.

Shrewsbury Town managed to reduce the score by scoring the first goal in the 65th minute through Jason Cummings through a penalty kick awarded by the referee after Liverpool defender Yasser Laaroussi blocked Josh Laurent, and Cummings realized a draw in the 75th minute.

Liverpool were unable to change the result despite coach Jurgen Klopp calling for strikers Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.

Thus, the two teams will have to play a replay match at Anfield Stadium, the time of which will be determined later, to settle the finalists of them to the fifth round.

The rest of the confrontations that took place on Sunday were not surprising, as Manchester United defeated its host Tranmere Rovers with a clean six, while Manchester City settled its confrontation with Fulham by four.
