France with Julia Simon on the final leg won the baton before Norway topped with the brothers Bö. Germany squeezed the last pallet spot and Russia smashed past Sweden late in stretch four.

- I had been in a good position after the others had done super and I had to do mine in order for us to be top 6, says Högberg to SVT Sport.

Sweden's fifth place, where there was a fight for the podium until distance three, came despite the team missing Hanna Öberg, Mona Brorsson, Sebastian Samuelsson and Martin Ponsiluoma. But the "reserves" stood up well, no one fell through.

Magnusson joined the pallet match

Anna Magnusson was in the pallet battle on the third leg, an extra shot in the standing, cost some time but the Swede went out as four after his last shooting, just over minutes after France in the lead. Up to the change it had increased to 1.12 - 25 seconds up to the podium. Magnusson took the lead for four seconds on his route after starting the route as six.

- I'm really happy, an extra shot only, I felt safe. It went pretty heavy in the track and it was sucking during the skis after training heavily but I think that applies to everyone, says Magnusson to SVT Sport.

Cannon stretch of Nelin

Jesper Nelin fired a cannon shot and fired fully. He only lost half a minute of 7.5 km on, for example, Johannes Thingnes Bö, two extra shots in the standing, which drove too full to give his Norway a lead in the lead on stretch two.

- Now I got revenge. I managed to follow the plan we laid out. I shot more rhythm. A little shame that I got really dumb the last lap but I hope I come to the World Cup, says Nelin.

Peppe Femling ended up in a difficult position and risked a penalty round but managed two extra shots in his first horizontal shooting. He shot fully in the second and switched to nine, 52 seconds behind France in the lead.

- The whole team makes a great competition. It was better than I had dared to hope for before starting, says expert Helena Ekholm about the performance.
