Tablecloth Södertälje SK's hunt for an SDHL qualifying spot continues. Today AIK was defeated 2-1 in Danijela Rundqvist's comeback at the hockey rink. The 35-year-old, who left in 2015, made an immediate impression when she decided the match almost halfway into the third period.
Rundqvist declared his comeback on Tuesday and will start with just playing the home games. SSK is eight points behind Haninge Anchors in the table, with a match less played.
Rundqvist has made over 200 international matches for the Women's crowns. On the track list are two Olympic medals, two World Cup bronzes, triple Swedish gold and have become Russian champion.
