Nikolaj Majorov qualified for the European final in Austrian Graz on Wednesday after performing 74.39 in the short program.

During the final, in the free program, the 19-year-old continued to show the front foot.

The Lulea season performed season-best 138.18 and a total of 212.57. That gave him a fifth place finish in the European Championship final. The result also meant he passed the qualifying points for the World Cup, which will be decided in Canadian Montreal March 16-22 this year.

But during his appearance, the 19-year-old was also tamped against nosebleeds. In the middle of the program he started bleeding profusely, and it didn't end until Mom Irina gave him paper right afterwards.

The competition is ongoing and the result will be updated afterwards.
