When Robin Kovacs left Luleå yesterday, Minatsu Murase chose to move. The couple is engaged and has a son together. Since SDHL's transfer window closed the day before yesterday, it becomes problematic for Luleå to recruit a replacement goalkeeper. But Luleå has had a crisis solution in the mind since before.
- We have full understanding of what her situation was like and we have no hard feelings. However, we have had Maria Omberg registered before if anything unexpected should happen.
Maria Omberg is triple Swedish champion with Luleå but chose after last year to put the pick glove on the shelf. But now it may be relevant to pick it up again.
- This weekend Caroline Karlsson from the Division 1 team will be in attendance. Then Omberg is up to date but we have not yet solved the practical. She seems to be craving but we just have to look up more facts and details about a solution.
There is also an opening that Minatsu Murase, who still belongs to the club, is making a comeback later in the season.
- That opportunity exists and we have the opportunity to use it.
Have you talked to each other about that situation?
- Everything went very fast but we have mentioned it.
Luleå has no nail plan yet for what will happen after the two matches this weekend.
