Leon Musaev (Zenit), 20 years old

Musaev is one of the most talented students of Zenit in recent years. A technical, smart defensive midfielder, able to hold the ball and disperse the attack in a timely pass, caught the attention of Sergei Semak two years ago. Then the coaching staff of the main team took Leon to the Premier Match Cup and allocated him a lot of playing time for the young football player. Musaev himself justified the confidence and left a very good impression on the fans.

It seemed that the midfielder in the spring even managed to compete for a place at the base, but as a result, Zenit acquired in the base zone of Wilmar Barrios. Plus, he began to play at the highest level written off by many from the accounts of Magomed Ozdoev. So Musaev remained in reserve.

This season, Leon was completely forced to play in the PFL for Zenit-2. It was only in December that he replaced the RPL a couple of times. It is obvious that at the moment Musayev has no chance to break into the main team of Zenit, and he needs to go on loan for playing time. They understand this at the club. So, in early January, information appeared about the interest in the 20-year-old midfielder from Rubin. However, it later became known that Leon will go to the first gathering of Zenit in Qatar.

Mikhail Lysov (Lokomotiv), 21 years old

Young Russians who need game practice are also enough at Lokomotiv. The situation in both teams is similar. Both Petersburgers and railway workers perform at the highest level, and coaches have no opportunity to gradually introduce talented pupils into the composition.

However, Lysov, able to close the entire left flank, almost three years ago almost managed to become the main player of “Loco”, breaking into the starting lineup. Michael, even if he did not hit the imagination with transcendental techniques, but took his diligence and hard work.

However, last season the young football player’s progress stalled, and in the current season he completely stopped receiving game practice. True, in August Lysov was injured and dropped out for two months, but, having returned to duty, he was on the bench.

The Russians failed to win the competition with the legionnaires Brian Idov and Maciej Rybus. Perhaps Michael will again be able to believe in himself in the club below level. According to media reports, the young defender is interested in leading the Wings of the Soviets struggle for survival.

Nikita Medvedev (Lokomotiv), 25 years old

Medvedev can hardly be called a very young football player, because in December he turned 25. Nevertheless, the goalkeeper should definitely change his club registration. Once upon a time, the young goalkeeper made his bright debut as part of Rostov, taking advantage of Soslan Dzhanaev’s injury. Then a native of Izhevsk broke the Russian championship record for the duration of the “dry” series and took part in the team’s glorious European Cup campaign.

Already in the summer, Medvedev went on an promotion to Lokomotiv to settle down tightly on the bench. For 2.5 years in Moscow, Nikita took part in only two matches of the railroad, in which he conceded five goals, the last of which took place more than two years ago. That is, in fact, for two years Nikita was limited to training.

Given the fact that at the end of the season, when the damage was Marinato Guillerme, Semin relied on Anton Kochenkov, Medvedev does not make the slightest sense of remaining in Loko. He needs to save his career and go on lease, otherwise the matches with Manchester United in the Europa League will remain for him the most vivid memory in football.

Maxim Glushenkov (Spartak), 20 years old

In Spartak, young people are trusted much more, for example, 19-year-old Nail Umyarov with the arrival of Domenico Tedesco became an integral player in the foundation. However, all young football players do not have enough space on the field. So, Maxim Glushenkov, who switched to Spartak along with Umyarov from Chertanovo, does not play at all. This season, a fast, technical right-handed midfielder only once came on as a substitute in the RPL and was content to play for the farm club in the FNL.

It is interesting that in the summer there was a rumor about the interest in the Russian side of the Italian Verona, but this information was not officially confirmed. Nevertheless, the European career development vector looks very interesting for Glushenkov.

In recent years, many young Russians decide to move to the Old World for playing practice, and some (Nikolai Komlichenko, Vyacheslav Karavaev, Alexei Tataev) manage to prove themselves. Spartak, for sure, will be able to find a good option abroad for a 20-year-old talent, from where it will return matted and ready to play as a basis.

Mikhail Ignatov (Spartak), 19 years old

Mikhail Ignatov was in a similar situation. Mikhail made his debut for Spartak at the beginning of last season and quickly earned the sympathy of the fans. A very young footballer attracted attention with excellent thinking and the ability to give an acute pass to the position of an attacking midfielder. Ignatov was even compared with Yegor Titov.

Unfortunately, while under Massimo Carrera and Raul Riancho, the player regularly appeared on the field, then under Oleg Kononov he was content with rare substitutions. Tedesco, on the other hand, did not seem to have noticed the talented 19-year-old pupil at all, and at best included him in the application. More often Ignatov played for Spartak-2. And at the moment this is quite logical, because Zelimkhan Bakaev acts on the position of the attacking midfielder.

Finally, it became clear that Tedesco did not count on Mikhail when he was not on the list of those who left for the first training camp in the UAE. Now, few will be surprised if Ignatov goes on lease in the near future. For example, an attacking midfielder may go to Ural to ex-Spartak player Dmitry Parfyonov, who uses the “ten” position in his lineup.

Artyom Mamin (“Ural”), 22 years old

Meanwhile, another pupil of the red-white Artyom Mamin is already playing in Yekaterinburg. The capable central defender spent many matches in the FNL as part of Spartak-2, and in the summer went on to increase to Ural. The club bought his contract for € 12 thousand (according to Transfermarkt).

True, Mama has not yet managed to break into the base in a new place. He completely lost the competition to Varazdat Aroyan and Denis Polyakov and even had to spend five matches for Ural-2 in the PFL. Mom can either wait for the misfires of her teammates, or look for rental options.

The defender may well go to the FNL in a team solving serious problems, or try his hand in Europe, as, for example, did another young central defender from Russia Tataev, who plays for the Czech Mladá Boleslav.
