Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team had some chances in the first half but then John Ruddy stood in the way and saved his Wolverhampton. And it happened more. The away team's Pedro Neto managed to get the ball in goal but after the VAR assessment it was judged in favor of United.
Thus, aimless after the first and finally came the redeeming goal at Old Trafford. Juan Mata, played by Anthony Martial, kept his nerves in control and was able to give his team the lead, and the victory, with just over 20 minutes left to play.
