• Condemnation: The architect who sued Rubiales is condemned to return what was collected from AFE
  • Crossed lawsuits: a judge investigates the architect who denounced Rubiales for falsifying her signature
  • Prosecutor's Office: The Prosecutor asks for a fine for Rubiales for a crime of injury to the architect who reformed her house

The Court of Instruction number 1 of Valencia has decreed the opening of an oral trial to the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Luis Rubiales , for an alleged crime of injury to the architect who reformed her house and with which she maintains several lawsuits open, Yasmina Eid .

The judge orders, according to the car to which El Mundo has had access, the opening of a criminal proceeding against Rubiales and to deposit a bond of 21,000 euros with which to ensure possible compensation to the architect in the event that the ruling is a your favor In the event that the president of the Federation does not face this deposit, property will be seized for that amount.

Rubiales also faces a fine of 2,400 euros for "grabbing the arm" and "shaking" the architect in July 2017, when they had a "tense and brief" discussion in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Valencia. When the former footballer was about to get into a taxi "he violently pushed the woman" , who reported that he suffered damage to the ribs, wrist and cervical, took 262 days to recover, according to the Prosecutor's Office in his indictment, which for that reason he seeks compensation of 21,000 euros.

There are already several lawsuits crossed between Rubiales and Eid. The first one was initiated by the architect when she denounced that Rubiales had paid her the reform of her private home in Valencia with funds diverted from the Casa del Fútbol project when she presided over the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE). For this accusation, which was not proven, Yasmina Eid was already sentenced last May to pay 28,593 euros for having collected work that he did not perform.

But the president of the Federation counterattacked sitting her on the bench for alleged crimes of documentary falsehood and procedural fraud. The top leader of the RFEF accuses her of having presented as evidence in the previous trial a document in which she found that her signature "has been used and manipulated to try to demonstrate that projects related to the AFE Footballer's House were presented" which, according to their version, "did not exist".
