Anna Magnusson made a season debut in the Oberhof World Cup this past weekend. It became a 42nd place in the sprint, in the only competition she was allowed to run.

In Ruhpolding she gets another chance, just like all the others who drove in the Oberhof. The national team has taken exactly the same squad.

- The entire Swedish team is on the rise, thinks Björn Ferry.

In Ruhpolding, sprint, relay and hunting starts await.

- The ladies have a great chance this weekend, both individually and in the baton. On the men's side, Jesper Nelin got a cannon race last. It is important that they start moving now before the World Cup.

Upcoming racing weekend is expecting better weather than it was in Oberhof.

- They have saved snow over the summer here, so there are good conditions on the course. It's rarely windy here and always good visibility.
