The referee of the Referees Committee of the Football Association, the former Emirati World Cup referee Ali Bujsim, during his attendance yesterday, a development workshop for referees evaluators with the participation of 25 assessors, that "the judges of the stadiums need continuous guidance to avoid mistakes."

He said during his speech in the workshop: "The development of the arbitration system depends on an important and necessary part, which is continuous education. The field of arbitration is renewed and witnesses changes and developments, so we need to renew ideas, information and experiences periodically and regularly."

He added: "The judges of the stadiums need guidance and moral support, in correct and incorrect arbitration cases."

The Referees' Department organized the workshop at the Federation’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of a member of the Transitional Committee and Chairman of the Referees Committee, Ali Hamad, as well as members of the Committee: Hamad bin Hanifa, Awad Masri, Ibrahim Al-Muhairi, and Director of Referees Department at the Union Ali Al-Tarifi.

In turn, Al-Tarifi explained that the workshop included a live broadcast of the Iraq-Australia match in the Asian U-23 finals, currently held in Thailand, a practical application to deal with the FA-Net system.
