Myhrer took the 30th pallet spot in the Val d'isère in mid-December. After a strong training week in Reiter Alm, he stood for a new fine competition, where he came four and missed the podium by ten hundredth margin.

- It is a good ride and he uses the floor, which is his strong part. But during the lower part he loses some time and that is where the pallet site disappeared today, says SVT's expert, Maria Pietilä Holmner.

- I tried to go for it and change my pace. I come out a little wrong in the tracks and get punished. But I am very happy and happy to be standing here as four, says Myhrer.

The winner was Frenchman Clement Noel.

- That's wonderful. My ride was perfect and all the people who were here made the atmosphere really good.

Kristoffer Jakobsen drove out and Swiss Ramon Zenhaeusern, who finished second behind Myhrer in the slalom at the 2018 Olympics, could not follow up his fine first year, but finished second.
