Wallén has played three seasons in the Bromma boys. But now the next challenge awaits. For the Aftonbladet, the football talent tells us that she has moved to London and signed a contract with West Ham over the current and upcoming season.

The choice was between England - and all Swedish Piteå.

- Piteå, of which I got a great impression, was a choice but then came West Ham and I thought I should still take a step then this feels a little more fun, bigger, she tells Aftonbladet.

In Stockholm, she has combined her focus on football with a full-time job. But the new contract, according to Wallén herself, means that she can now feed on football.

The 19-year-old, who has played youth national matches in blue-yellow, had hoped for a place in the squad this weekend when West Ham would face Everton. But the match is canceled because a flu virus is raging in the squad.

West Ham are eight in the league and were in the FA Cup final this spring.
