Legend Evander Holyfield, who has lived in Atlanta for a long time, held up the WBA belt at stake while the boxers met eye-to-eye in front of fans and the media.

The hitherto so polite and pleasant recharge was changed to a more intense atmosphere.

Sunday morning, Swedish time, Badou Jack and champion Jean Pascal perform in the State Farm Arena which holds 21,000 spectators.

- I'll take the belt home again. It feels good to be back in the ring, Jack tells SVT Sport.

"It's a big match"

In January, the Swede lost his first match in five years and at the same time lost the WBA belt in light heavyweight (79.3 kilos). The same belt he now gets the chance to win back.

- You have to rank all matches as the biggest and this is a big match. Maybe not the biggest paper I have gone to, but I have prepared myself as the biggest, he says.

During Friday, Jack weighed in at 79.1 kilos compared to 79.2 for Pascal. The Canadian was greeted by scattered calls while the crowd seemed to take Jack's party.

"The Ripper" had a big smile on his lips and looked relaxed at the same time as Pascal seemed more clipped.

- The body feels good and my training camp has been perfect. I have not been sick or injured but feel in top shape.

You have taken a long break since your last match. How will it affect you in the ring?

- Not very much. Only to the positive in that case. I have rested my body and feel mentally strong and hungry.

Have met the very best

37-year-old Jean Pascal is a veteran who became world champion for the first time in 2009. He has been in the World Cup for over a decade and has met the biggest names, such as Bernard Hopkins (twice), Carl Froch and Sergei Kovalev.

- He is quite complicated and difficult to meet. I know how he drives because we saved five years ago, but sparring and match are two different things. He has a lot of experience and is a warrior just like me.

What can fans expect for a match picture?

- It will be a war. We are two warriors, but one is a little better at boxing and so am I. So I win the match. Afterwards we can be more polished again.

Badou Jack is the first Swede to become a world champion in two different weight classes. He has only lost two of his total 27 professional games and has made himself known for rarely taking any light matches.

His past seven fights have all been about a world champion belt. Of those he has only lost one match, in January against Marcus Browne when he boxed half the match with a huge wound in his forehead that bleed profusely.
